Getting unstuck

Tap a floor tile to move. Walk onto a switch, then tap Rewind to record a helper. Your helper repeats that walk and holds its final position. Later heists combine keys, breakers, locked cases, and alarms. Tap Hint or Inspect the kitchen for a clue.

Retrying a heist

Restart starts a tutorial heist over. From heist 4 onward, it retries the current run with your helpers. Undo helper removes the most recent helper. Selecting a heist from The heists starts it fresh. Earned campaign stars stay saved.

Sound and motion

Check Sound, Music, and Sound effects in Settings, along with your device volume and audio output. After an interruption, return to the game and tap to resume. Gentle motion reduces visual movement; Touch feedback controls haptics on supported devices.

Progress and offline play

The installed game works without an internet connection. Progress belongs to this device and is saved automatically. Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot: deleting its data can remove your progress.

Report a problem

Include the heist number, what happened, your device model, iOS version, and game version. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords or Apple account details.
