Your game stays on your device

Snack Rewind does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay records, or device identifiers to the developer. The game has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or in-app purchases.

Saved progress

Your progress, stars, daily results, settings, and current heist are saved in the app’s local storage. They are not sent to a game server or synchronized between devices by Snack Rewind. Your device’s own backup settings may include app data. Deleting the app and its data removes the local save; offloading the app may retain it.

Permissions and services

The game uses local audio and optional haptic feedback. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. All levels and artwork are included in the installed app, and gameplay works offline.

Support

If you choose to contact support, the email address and information you send are used to respond to your request. Please send only what is needed to describe the issue. Apple operates the App Store and TestFlight under its own privacy policies; optional TestFlight feedback and diagnostics are separate from the game’s local save.

Support website

Our support website is hosted by Cloudflare. Requests to the website may involve technical information such as your IP address and browser details so the hosting provider can deliver and secure the pages. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies to the support website. Email sent to our support address is forwarded by Cloudflare to our support inbox.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the game’s privacy practices change.
